A little about Wayne

I was born and raised in a small town in Dublin, Ireland. This is where I established myself as a fitness professional.  I have worked in the fitness industry for 14 years. In my 14 year career, I have studied to become a personal trainer, nutrition practitioner, physique coach, sports nutrition specialist, and have the qualifications to teach 13 different fitness classes.  I have worked around twenty five thousand hours on a gym floor training clients and teaching my extremely popular fitness classes. I have worked in Ireland, Australia, and now San Francisco.

 

Over the course of my 14 year career I established my 12 week program. This program is dedicated to support, coach and educate my clients on how to:

  • Use equipment safely and efficiently 

  • Improve quality of life (sleep, stress, energy levels etc)

  • Habit building

  • How to program your own workout routine

  • Education around weight management

  • Understanding nutrition 

  • Weight loss

  • Muscle and strength building

My 12 week program is not guaranteed to get you into the greatest shape of your life. But you are guaranteed to see great results, and provide you with the education and tools necessary to continue your health and fitness journey on your own.

One to One Coaching

This is a 12 week one to one coaching program designed to help you either lose weight, build muscle, or get stronger.   I will support, coach, and educate you on everything you need to know so that you can work towards your fitness goals and become the healthiest version of yourself

Semi Private Coaching

This is a 12 week semi private coaching.  You will join other people who are on the same journey as you to workout, have fun and hold each other accountable towards your goals. It's a great way to save money and have more support along the way

4 Week Rapid Fat Loss
