Our Values

We aim to improve lives by improving lifestyles. Sustainability is key and we HATE fad diets, fad workouts, and "cleanses". 

​We know that everyone is not built the same way so every client gets different programs and individualized nutrition plans. 

We guide and coach you through all aspects of health and fitness, from exercise to nutrition, to help you maximize weight loss, reduce body fat and/or gain muscle.

Our Process

We strive to make things easy and we develop programs/meal plans that not only give results but sustainable results that make it easy to stick with and follow. 

​1) Assess your lifestyle 
What this means is we sit down with you to figure out what workouts are going to be most effective for you based on the information we gather about your lifestyle, previous/current injuries, fitness goals, levels of commitment and past training. We also take your measurements and assess any imbalances or inhibitors. 

We also discuss what you're eating, what you like and dislike eating and any dietary restrictions or food allergies. We will use this information to create a nutrition plan that keeps you on track and is sustainable so that you can still enjoy food. We want you to have a HEALTHY relationship with food rather than avoid foods. 

2) Develop programs
Using the assessments, we design personalized training programs that incorporate not only what you enjoy but variations of exercises that may improve functionality or prevent further injury. Each week gets progressively more difficult to give the body ample time to respond to new training, acquire new muscle memory, build endurance while also preventing injury. 

3) Accountability 
Every week we check in to see how the training and nutrition is working out. And we make ourselves available daily for any questions you may have about training, nutrition or anything else related to fitness and health. Our Facebook Support Group is filled with clients who are there to support you as well.
