STRONG & LEAN PROGRAM

The strong & lean program is a 12 week online program dedicated to support, coach and educate those who are struggling with maintaining a healthy lifestyle.  We will teach you how to build muscle, gain strength, lose fat, but, most importantly, maintain a healthy body weight by building long lasting sustainable habits. We will also teach you how to have healthier relationship with food

COMMUNITY

You are not alone! you will be sharing your experience with like minded people. You'll be put into a group on our Facebook support page to share any questions you may have and support one another. Also, there will be in person meet ups for fun events

SEMINAR/WEBINAR

I will be sharing some knowledge bombs through live webinars and seminars. Every other week I will be hosting either a webinar or seminar to go into detail all that you need to know in order to succeed in this program

FAT LOSS

If your goal is to lose fat, this program will teach everything you need to know including strategies to make sure you're on the right path for your lifestyle

Bodybuilding in the Gym

MUSCLE & STRENGTH BUILDING

If your goal is to build muscle and gain strength, you will be given a 12 week personalized training program whether you're in a gym or at home.

NUTRITION EDUCATION

You will be given some one on one time with one of our coaches to make sure you're getting all the right information and education directed towards your nutrition goals

There will be weekly email check ins to hold you accountable towards your goals.  These check ins are crucial to help guide and support you towards success
